I have 20 years of experience, and specialize in the field of wellness promotion, health coaching with specific knowledge in the areas of stress management, nutrition and weight control and wellness. I have published on such topics as stress management and emotional wellness. I have studied, published, and taught about high level health and wellness for 20 years both at the university level and elsewhere. During that time I’ve been focused above all on helping people learn to live very happy, healthy, and productive lives. I’ve helped thousands of people overcome such problems as headaches, sleeping problems, fatigue and other common symptoms of stress in simple and well-defined ways. I’m very interested in teaching others how to become well.
