I have 10 years of experience, and specialize in the field of psychology with specific knowledge in the areas of employment selection, pay equity and compliance reviews. I have published on such topics as artificially intelligent test design, employment test construction and test validation. A defining moment in one’s career is having research published in a top-tier scientific journal. Early in my career before finishing graduate school, I received a first author publication in one of the world’s top measurement journals, while also conducting research at the world’s largest testing organization, Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ. The research provides the foundation for advanced computer adaptive testing, which is becoming more prevalent in the workplace.
