Richard has a more than 15 years of experience meeting the needs of large, medium, and boutique law firms in all areas of litigation including engineering, financial, medical, intellectual property, construction, insurance, damages, and general commercial disputes. Over the course of his career, he has facilitated or assisted in more than a thousand successful expert witness retentions.

Education

Richard earned his B.A. (English) from Santa Clara University and his J.D. from Drake University.
