I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of trademark law with specific knowledge in the areas of due diligence, best practices and corporate trademark programs. I have published on such topics as corporate trademark programs, basic trademark law and trademark policy. I have testified on my client’s corporate trademark protection program, alcohol beverage labeling and best practices. I was the a past president of the International Trademark Association. In that capacity I represented INTA at conferences and meetings with government officials in Toronto, Brussels, Washington, Beijing, and Hangzhou, China.
