I have published on such topics as swine, beef and dairy cattle, and turkey, production and management. I am a member, past president, and a certified agricultural consultant (CAC) of American Society of Agricultural Consultants (since 1977). A professional animal scientist (PAS) since 1978, and a diplomate of American College of Animal Nutrition (Dpl. ACAN) since 1995. Worked on 8 farms in 5 countries before advanced degrees and 23 years in the corporate world prior to independent consulting on 4 continents since 1998.
