I have 23 years of experience, and specialize in the field of ecology with specific knowledge in the areas of avian brood parasitism, reproductive biology of Neotropical migrants and habitat selection. I have published on such topics as habitat selection, reproductive biology of Neotropical migrants and avian brood parasitism. I was voted (by the society’s membership) to serve on the Board of Directors of the Cooper Ornithological Society (arguably the second-most prestigious ornithological society on Earth) when I did not ever actively pursue this nomination or position.
