I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of dispute resolution with specific knowledge in the areas of negotiations, mediation and arbitration. I have published on such topics as dispute resolution and mediation, conflict management and negotiations. Recently I was selected, from among many applicants, to serve as the sole US representative on a World Bank funded project in Perm, Russia. The project trained local civil administrators on how to use the Mediation process to resolve disputes with local authorities.
