I have 42 years of experience, and specialize in the field of real estate analysis and valuations with specific knowledge in the areas of commercial properties, expert testimony and international real estate. I have published on such topics as investment alternatives, cash flow management and realty valuations. I have testified 17 times on topics such as appraisal malpractice, bankruptcy determinations on real estate and appraisal disputes. I did all the marketing and feasibility studies for a 7,000 acre plus resort development in the Dominican Republic, and made a presentation to the Central Bank of the Republic on how the development would affect the country’s balance of payments.
