I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of apparel design and technology with specific knowledge in the areas of body scanning, garment design and fit. I have published on such topics as mass customization, body scanning and rapid prototyping. I am the first female to ever be promoted to full professor in the College of Textiles at the University I currently work for. Recently established a nonprofit organization to support emerging fashion designers and the related industry.
