I have 15 years of experience, and specialize in the field of chemical and pharmaceutical development with specific knowledge in the areas of synthetic organic chemistry, formulation development and CMC manufacturing. I have published on such topics as organic synthesis, chemical process development, scale-up and manufacturing and stereochemistry. I worked for a month in Dresden, Germany at a contract manufacturer, on behalf of my employer at the time. I performed research and development in the laboratory, and the results from my notebook were transferred to operating instructions for a feasibility manufacturing run to prepare registration lots for a drug in Phase IIb clinical trials.
