I have 30 years of experience and specialize in the field of mechanical engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of structural analysis, machine design and stress analysis. I have published on such topics as structural optimization, stress analysis and thermally induced stresses. I have testified on ladder failures and , the failure of several types of mechanical devices. I serve on as the mechanical engineering discipline module chair for the FE exam committee of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
