I have 28 years of experience, and specialize in the field of land development with specific knowledge in the areas of development planning, development management and landscape architecture. I have published on such topics as The Chesapeake Bay Act, development density and building types and pollution control strategy. I have testified on contract requirements and default, entitlement and zoning, sequence of construction and state requirements for sewer treatment facilities.
