I have 31 years of experience, and specialize in the field of building construction with specific knowledge in the areas of architecture, structural engineering and building codes. I have published on such topics as Public Right of Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) accessibility issues, 2010 revised American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. I have testified on building code compliance, access & egress requirements and construction related damages. Designed one of the buildings for the space shuttle launch complex and produced a report for the concrete quality of construction a nuclear power plant to resolve whistle blower concerns.
