Expert Witnesses Must Plan for Disaster

The old saying goes, "You never plan to fail, but you can fail to plan."

Expert witness consultants protect their practices by preparing for disaster. What would happen to an expert witness practice if the expert became seriously ill? Do you have insurance or another fail-safe to keep your cases moving and your practice above water?

Waiting until the last minute can cause unnecessary financial and mental distress in already difficult times. Please read Meredith Hamilton's blog, "
Can Your Expert Practice Survive the Unexpected?" She reminds expert witnesses of tips to keep their practice afloat, even in the face of tragedy. Ultimately, Meredith says, "the best way to prevent disaster is to plan for it."
