Human rights are the fundamental rights that are entitled to each human, such as right of speech or to assemble. Such rights have been guaranteed by the laws of a country, as in the U.S. by the Bill of Rights. Our human rights expert witnesses, speakers, and consultants specialize in a broad array of disciplines including legal, disability, political science, comparative politics, human rights, law, culture, and social justice. Our experts research, teach, and promote legal and social change in the areas of children’s rights, human rights advocacy, multiculturalism, and social welfare law and policy. They have participated in the drafting of a United Nations disability human rights treaty and have consulted with international governments on their disability laws and policies.
