Metropolitan Corporate Counsel details the growing practice of outsourcing certain non-core work for business and corporate law firms. E-discovery is an area where this is most commonly used. Contract and database management are also two traditional functions being more often handled by a third party servicer.

expert witness search firms have been essentially providing outsourcing services for years, performing difficult and time-consuming customized expert witness searches. Accordingly, attorneys can better concentrate on the core functions of his/her case.
