Associate Researcher Analyst
Associate Researcher Analyst needed to assist a 4-time Inc. 500 company experiencing ultra-fast growth. Round Table Group, Inc., an expert witness referral firm, needs you to help us connect our clients with experts in all fields.
Your new role as a Round Table Group Researcher will be to locate, assess, and deliver highly specialized experts to attorneys.
You will become the primary liaison between Round Table Group, our clients (attorneys at prestigious law firms), and a network of 95,000 of the world’s most esteemed experts (including professors, scientists, doctors, and engineers).
This is a rare opportunity to use all of your talents, including your impeccable academic credentials, your strong research skills, and your disciplined work ethic, in our efforts to democratize the world’s expertise, to promote justice by assuring attorneys have access to the best possible expert witness, and to “spread the knowledge” in general to make the world a better place.

Job Description
- Thoroughly researching the topics articulated by our clients
- Using rigorous methodologies, our relationships with numerous firms, and proprietary databases to quickly find unbiased expertise for our clients
- Contacting all qualified experts to assess their abilities and interest
- Facilitating telephone consultations between the experts by clients
- Having the integrity and courage to judge whether we have found the best, most perfectly qualified expert in the entire world, lest justice not be served in a critically important legal trial

Required Qualifications:
- Impressive undergraduate academic credentials, liberal arts background preferred
- Advanced degree preferred, especially a JD or other research-intensive field
- Discipline, focus, and attention to detail
- Rigor and thoroughness in research
- Familiarity with internet-based research tools
- Familiarity with proprietary research tools such as Lexis Nexis or West Law

Administrative Assistant
Round Table Group is looking for a highly skilled administrative professional to assist with appointment setting, payment status, client relations, and general administrative functions.
This position requires outstanding telephone skills as it entails extensive telephone communications including:
- Cold Calling prospects to set up meetings with our business development professionals.
- Calling clients with aging invoices for payment status.
- Calling clients to request or provide status of pending projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year telemarketing or inside sales experience, ideally selling or setting appointments in a business to business environment
- Enthusiastic nature that comes through over the phone with the ability to navigate through all levels of an organization, develop a professional rapport and overcome objections
- An energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious, and results-oriented personality
- Working knowledge of contact management software - ACT is preferred.
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding appointment quota to qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate and timely contact activity data in our sales, collections, and other proprietary tools
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify customers through cold calling and leveraging personal contacts
- Identification and documentation of a prospect’s needs and priorities
- Manage logistics of appointments set (where, when, who, etc.)
- Accurate and timely management of sales team calendar
- Timely and accurate completion of reports and other required paperwork
- Documenting communications on delinquent accounts
